What is Family Visa?

A family visa is a type of visa that allows individuals to bring their family members, such as spouses, children, and sometimes other dependents, to join them in a foreign country where they are residing or working. On the other hand, the specific regulations and requirements for family visas vary from country to country.

In the context of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), a family residence visa typically allows expatriates working in the country to sponsor their family members for residency. Certainly, family members eligible for sponsorship include spouses and children. It is also known as a residence visa.

This is to say that, the purpose of the family visa is to facilitate the reunification of families, allowing them to reside together in the UAE while the primary visa holder is working or living in the country.

The family visa application process often involves meeting certain criteria, such as proof of a stable income (4000 AED minimum salary), suitable accommodation, and adherence to immigration regulations. Each family member may need to undergo medical examinations, and the process usually includes obtaining approval from the immigration authorities.

Don’t you worry, our dedicated team is committed to facilitating your journey to bring your loved ones closer through our comprehensive 2 year Family Residence Visa.
